When I was 12, I wanted to be an actress like Hilary Duff. My parents told me that was never gonna happen. I decided I wanted to write instead.
Years later, I met a woman at mini golf who hired me to write content for a Hungarian tech startup, which turned into ads, web copy, emails, and SEO-optimized blogs for so many different companies that someone once called me a human Google.
Writing all day was nice. Just not about how to tell if your heat is gas or electric, the cost of vinyl brick siding, or how connected workforce solutions can improve productivity.
So, I freelanced at an agency and realized working in advertising is what dreams are made of.
